CONFERENCE BAG POLICY
To provide a safer environment and expedite guest entry, the BJCC has implemented a bag policy that limits the size and type of bags permitted inside the venue. All guests will be screened upon entry.
While we strongly encourage guests to avoid bringing bags when possible, the following items are permitted:
Clear plastic, mesh, vinyl, or PVC bags not exceeding 14" x 14" x 6"
One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (ZiplocĀ® or similar)
Refillable water bottles
MEDICATION
If your youth requires medication, please place it in a labeled Ziploc bag and provide it to Mrs. Sandy at drop-off along with any necessary instructions.
REMINDER REGARDING ELECTRONICS
Youth may bring cell phones to the Motion Conference; however, phone use is permitted only during designated free time and for photos. We encourage participants to limit usage primarily to communicating with parents or guardians. At all other times, phones should remain on silent and put away.
The use of other electronic devices, including iPads, earbuds, and gaming systems, will not be permitted once DYG arrives at the convention center. In addition to supporting engagement in conference activities, this policy helps reduce the risk of loss or damage to valuable personal items.
OUR PRAYER
We are excited about what God has in store for this conference and look forward to seeing the ways He will work in our students' lives. Please keep this entire conference and team in prayer as the time approaches and eventually arrives. Thank you for helping us make this a meaningful and successful experience for everyone involved.
